Sprint

In Agile development, a sprint is a time-boxed iteration or development cycle, typically lasting between one to four weeks. During a sprint, teams work to complete a set of predefined tasks or features from the product backlog. The sprint begins with a planning meeting, where the team defines the scope and objectives. Throughout the sprint, progress is tracked, and any issues or adjustments are managed through daily stand-up meetings. At the end of the sprint, a review meeting is held to demonstrate the completed work, and a retrospective meeting is conducted to discuss improvements. Sprints facilitate incremental progress and flexibility, allowing teams to adapt to changes and continuously enhance the product.
